The oil light on the V's indicate low levels of oil, not low pressure like
some other bikes.
BTW, I have owned bikes for 20 years and never had to top off the oil
between changes. Just check for leaks once in a while.
Oh, and if all you see is a big cloud behind you when you accelerate, that
might be a problem too
