Suzuki offers ABS on standard bikes like the sv650, v-strom, etc. Why are
there no ABS on the cruisers?

I didn't read the spec on each cruiser; but noticed none of the model names
have ABS suffix. So if they do have ABS, they are taking the low-key
approach.

Nobody EVER rides a cruiser in weather or on roads that require ABS.
Well that and they never go much faster that 55mph.

They don't need it, see above.

But I am a luddite! I don't like ABS in anything but aircraft. I've
yet to have an ABS system stop me faster than I could do it with out
the nanny help.

I don't use GPS either...Learned land navigation before they came out.

Oh the luxury! It was just a stick in the ground and count your pulse
before you make the next mark...if you had a pulse you were wealthy!

I MIGHT just upgrade from using a compass to an astrolabe... The
sextant things are the devils tool. o=8^)
