Craigslist usually. Or at least, that's where I've had success. You
can try eBay if you want to pay too much.

Hi Hal;

You can post it here. It's just that the volume of participants has
trended down a lot over the years. If you do post here, it'd be "nice"
to hint at it in the subject header (eg "For Sale kawasuzida 999rxzr).
Btw, the closest thing to ba.moto's faq is maintained by Timberwoof at
<http://www.timberwoof.com/motorcycle/faq/meta.html>

Craigslist & Ebay are others.
