Of corse not the decal on the tank reads "Honda" It does no read "DUCATI"
Perhaps they put an extra zero in by mistake.

Probably not, but if you don't know what it's worth to someone it's the
best way to find out. You can advertise high and negotiate down, but
you can't advertise low and negotiate up.
