Hi all im after a bit of advise on registering my 1996 XR400R for road use.
it is an import
7 has been confirmed as a 1996 by Honda uk, I have fitted e marked front &
rear lights, brake lights & horn, but have been told by DVLA that to
register a bike for road use after April 2003 it needs indicators, but the
VOSA SVA help line says otherwise, I cant seem to get a proper answer out of
either, can anyone help
