It's the 250. Note the trailing edge of the rear fender, the overlap
of the seat on the tank, and the length and position of the links from
the steering head to the forks - particularly the lower link.
The orientation of the luggage rack is also an indicator, as is the
speedometer mounted in the top of the headlight bucket. The 200
appears to have a stamped frame near the rear axle mounting point,
while the bike in question and the 250 have rounded tubes.
The 200 has holes in the stamped portion of the front forks, while the
bike in question and the 250 do not have holes.
