late 80's dual purpose Yamaha with an rz350 engine?

Does anyone remember the model name that Yamaha gave it's short lived
dual purpose bike with the rz350 engine?

I recall reading magazine reviews of this bike back in the late 1980's
(or maybe even 1990?), but I can't remember the model name. I've been
googling around for quite some time and I still haven't found any
references to this very short lived bike model.

Anyone else remember it?
