Post subject: insurance ?
Archived from groups: rec>motorcycles>dirt (more info?)

having great difficulty finding an insurance company to cover my son for
motorsport accident and loss of earnings...
he races amateur motocross with SSMC, about 15 single day events and 2
weekend events per year. all I can come up with is CICA (combined
insurance of america) but have been put off by their sales rep, I never
buy anything of door2door salesmen especially if they won't disclose the
company they work for, give a phone number or are willing to give out a
business card... I only found out through some investigation that he
worked for CICA

so, any suggestions would be appreciated

BTW, I'm in the UK

thanks
Les

Lloyds of London caters to
"outside the box" style insurance.

If you consider Lloyds, read everything they give you. Everything. Don't
sign it unless you understand everything written in their contract.

Have you tried Marsh?

Ask on here as I don't have the number.
