Post subject: My request for help is not so urgent
Archived from groups: alt>motorcycles>ducati (more info?)

Hey all, As a true Ducati enthusiast I try not to post in this group
with topics outside of Ducati motorcycles however, being someone new to
the biker community and finding it rather tight-knit and friendly, I
thought this would be a good group of people to get some candid
feedback on your use of this discussion board? I'm studying interaction
design at the University of Maryland and want to discover what users
like about Google groups and what they normally visit it for. For
example if you could write back and tell me if you like the layout of
the groups pages(i.e, is it easy to use for the main reasons you visit
it, whether it be to find information, share information, make friends,
whatever the reason-because i want to know why, how and what people
would change about the use of this web based discussion board) Any
feedback would be appreciated! BTW I can't wait for spring to come back
around in MD because i got my I on a 2003 999 ST4-grey w/ orange
wheels.

Thanks in advance,
Don

Well - this is not Google Groups, and it is NOT a web based discussion
board.

Next question?

You might well be viewing it as such, but I use a newreader. This newsgroup
is part of usenet, nothing to do with Google.

99 honda vtr 1000 vs 00 ducait 900ss? - Hello, at the risk of touching off a flame war. What would your opinion be as to which is the better buy: a 99 Honda VTR-1000 for $5000 or a 00 Ducati 900ss for $6000. Both have around 6K miles. I've ridden a VTR before but not a 900ss. From what..

Replacing fork seals on M600 - Hi all, I am just about to replace the fork seals on my M600 (long overdue) but have a couple of questions: 1. Is there a foolproof way of supporting the bike. Without a centre stand, it seems problematic to get the weight off the front wheel 2. Are..
