Post subject: need help on 98 gsxr 750

Hey all. I have a 98 gsxr that had a crushed wire harness. The bike ran fine before I fixed the harness but I suspect that in the process of finding the problem before disconecting the battery I shorted the harness. What has happened as a result is computer does not energise. I can test the two connecters at the computer and I have no pin with voltage into the computer to energise it. I do have power where I should exept where the computer should provide it. I have the clymer manual and it has a diagram in it but no connector diagrams. I need to know if there are any fusable links that might have burned the clymer manual does not show any but I have heard references to one main one. if there is one where would it be i cannot find one. And also which pin on the computer connector is the one that does the energising I.E. the main voltage supply for the computer. Please I am frustrated and any help will be very appreciated.
Thank you
Steve
