The headlight doesn't work, Magna 1996

Hello there Folks..

I'm in the process of putting a 1996 Honda 750 Magna back on the road.

The headlight doesn't work..

Everything else does seem to work (signal lights, brake lights, etc)

I put a Volt meter on the Headlight connector, and found no power

Checked the fuse, and it was good..

Removed the fuse, checked for power and found none..

What's next?

I am sure the volt meter is working, as i tested the signal lights from
the fuses, as well as the battery.
