How I do it and how it is supposed to be done are two entirely
different things, so I expect a correct version may appear.
Slice courgettes thinly, warm oil in deep frying pan, bung thin slices
in to go brown. Put some variety of pasta on to cook. Meanwhile slice
a clove or so of garlic thinly and bung into a bowl. Grate whatever
cheese is handy into said bowl. Bung cooked courgettes and pasta on
top.
Scoff.

September 1995, on a commuter flight to the CompuServe HQ in Columbus, Ohio.
A colleague tucks into a big bag of popcorn he bought in the airport at
Newark, then exclaims, "Eww! It's salty!"
"Of course it is," I say. "What did you expect?"
"I thought it would be sweet. This is horrible."
"Give it here." Scoff, chomp, guzzle etc. >> Stay informed about: Eating popcorn |

Oh *sorry*.

Sling some thinly sliced halumi (Sp?) cheese in the frying
pan after the courgettes.
Give them pride of place on top of everything else on your
plate.
Wierdly meaty and 'licious.

Really, really hot vegetable oil.
>Put some variety of pasta on to cook.
Spaghetti. Tagliatelle or fettucine if you must. Short stubby lads are
verboten.
>Meanwhile slice a clove or so of garlic thinly and bung into a bowl.
And add some olive oil. Chillis too if you like.

After the courgettes and the pasta.

Chop the courgettes in the oil and toss the pasta in the oily, juicy
mixture.

Indeed.

Basicly: take any disgusting vegetable, slice thinly so you can't taste
it, fry it to remove the taste, add garlic to cover up the taste, and add
a strong cheese to drown the taste. Then, and only then, is it yummy, coz
cheese and fried garlic rock. >> Stay informed about: Eating popcorn |
