The picture of that is on the page I posted... The white stuff is
manioc flour. Looks very like grated parmesan, but tastes completely
different. Manioc is a root that native brazilians used to eat before
europeans came and it is so good that is still eaten these days.
The chicken on it's blood is actually delicious! Just cook the chicken
the way you like and add a cup of it's blood after 50% cooked. hmmmmm,
got me hungry!
