New to bike riding in AUS - Hi all, I have driven bikes (150 cc) for @ 10 years but not in AUS. In AUS I need to start with 250cc as per law and hence my choice is narrowed down to 250cc. I like bikes and wanted one for drive. Most likely, I will be keeping the bike..

Sorry George, I don't quite follow the above? The OHC was added by Un
Zud mechs?
The G50 is an enlargement of the 350 7R and to my understanding have
always been a chain-driven OHC motor[1]

Hi Johno,
It was only a reference that the bike is in New Zealand and the OHC looked
very new for a pre 1963 model,
Thought that maybe the crafty Un Zudders had added the OHC at a later date

Then again, the motor could be a find from a secret hoard.
The owner races it and came second in the last
