There is not. A well-cared-for machine will run better with
60,000 miles on it than will a neglected machine with 2,000 miles on it.
Generally, however, few motorcycles make it past 10,000 miles.
Personally, I'll take a well-maintained high-mileage bike over a
neglected low-mileage bike, unless I can get enough of a deal on the
low-mileage bike to make it worth my while to undo the effects of the
neglect (e.g., de-gunk the carbs, replace dried, shrunken, leaky seals
and carburetor intake boots, replace dry-rotted tires and a knackered
chain and sprockets, etc.).
Think of it this way: the high-mileage ride is more likely to
have been owned by a real enthusiast. Enthusiasts take care of their
equipment.
FWIW, none of my runnable or near-runnable bikes have less than
24,000 miles on them.
