The cable isn't kinked, or bent at any sharp angles is it? I had a
similar problem once before. When I turned the handle bars full lock
either way, the revs wouldn't drop back to idle, but would when the
bars were straight. After re-routing the cables, everything was fine.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
