Post subject: XV750 Virago Help!

My virago runs starts and runs great, but has a miss @ exactly 2000 rpms. If I rev the engine quickly it is not noticeable. But if i slowly increase the throttle it misfires @ 2000 rpms. It is very noticeable when driving. I replaced spark plugs, ignition box (cdi/tci), and cleaned the carbs thoroughly. I also drained and replaced fuel, replaced air filter.
I pulled the plug wire from the front cylinder, and it still ran. I pulled the plug wire from the rear cylinder and it died immediately. So my rear cylinder is running stronger. Engine runs smooth and revs great everywhere except 2000 rpms. anyone have a clue?
