Hi Folks,

Kind of a long shot but just in case:
If you have a good lead for a 50cc (either Honda XR50, or Yamaha PW, or ???)
for a decent price $500-$600 let me know. My younguest one's BD is
at the end of April, and to my great amazement my wife didn't seem to
think that getting a bike was a totally bad idea.
And of course, once the little one gets a bike, the oldest one will
want one too so I'll be looking for a 70-80cc pretty soon too.

I'm in Northern Colorado, so anywere within a 2 hour drive radius is OK.

thanks,

bruno.

Talk Blondie into selling you his CR500. If he can ride
it, your kids should fit just fine.

Except for the new PW80, I've gotten all of my kids bikes thru friends
that didn't even advertise. It's amazing how many bikes move around
this way. I'm toying with the idea of selling the mid-80's XR80, since
the females in my house aren't too interested in riding anymore. The
KDX 80 is a much better bike when my son outgrows the PW80 in
the next couple of years.

What year and how much for the 60?

My boy is 7 and will be in the 50 class this year and next year. He's on a pro
senior now but I need to get him started early on a manual clutch 2 stroke. The
kawi 60s sit a little lower than the other 60/65s.

Thanks

Its a '96 and I'm lookin' for $1100. Its been kid ridden but dad maintained
and hasn't given us any trouble like some have with the water pump seal
spooging coolant into the gearbox oil. All stock except for the aluminum
Fly bars cuz the stock steel ones got pranged last season. Its never been
opened up so a fresh top end would put some crispness back into it.

Good ridin' to ya,
