Well, the XR has an old 50cc engine that was designed in the 60's where as the
CRF,,,,,,,,,,, never mind.

Discontinued the XR50 in 2003 and started up with the "All new" 2004 which
uses the same frame, drivetrain, motor, wheels etc. The ONLY difference in
the body kit on the new 2004 crf50s look like an actual bigger 125 or 250
crf just in smaller scale...i have a crf50 and LOVE IT@
