No police this morning, firstly, which was nice.

On the way home from work, travelling West, I noticed that ahead of
me, the street lights were turning off in a cascadesque sequence as I
rode towards them, seemingly in accordance with the progress of the
sunrise. It had never occurred to me that they would do that. Well,
not on so local a scale at least...

Made me smile for some reason.

Aargh! 3 large-ish assignments due in tomorrow for me. Luckily I've
read the entire contents of the Internet already so I can fully
concentrate on working... oh

I've had that on a couple of dawn trips to uni to get an assignment in
before the deadliine - made me smile too.

Dissertation done and dusted, leaving just one more assignment (1500
words on glacial refugia in the Quaternary) and three exams, then it's
all over. It's been an interesting 4 years!

The 25th of May is going to feel very strange indeed, waking up with
no assignments or revision to do.
