I've drunk it in Nigeria, and thought it was fine, as long as you're not
expecting it to taste like "regular" Guinness.

Dublin brewed Guinness only uses French and Jarup prepared chocolate
malts. Or so I was told in the French and Jarup malters

I agree that taste rules over ABV, why only yesterday I was drinking 3.8
IPA and it was very nice, it was a bit lacking in fullness but had a
rather pleasant tiddly feeling as a side-effect rather than the full-on
shouting and waving your fists in the street which I'm enjoying less and
less these days Wink
