What's the point of a rally if you don't even use one tank of petrol getting

Is there a certain distance one must cover to make a rally a rally?

And AFAIK it's not organised by the MRA they are just promoting it.

It's important that you tell the rally organisers when you get there.
You'll get a special badge, or something.
