I'd guess Steve's right on this. Vanson, Kushitani, Helimot, etc. There are
quite a few reputable manufacturers of leather riding gear who will take
your measurements and make gear to fit. Being super tall is tough enough to
find gear that fits, but tall and skinny makes it even harder.
You want your gear to fit snugly all the way around, but not bind up when
you're riding. If you have looseness in how things fit, it'll move around to
much. This is annoying when you ride, because you gear can flap around in
the wind. It's worse than annoying when you crash, because the gear will
move around far more violently, and your risk of injury goes up
dramatically.
Custom might be your only bet. You might want to check places like Ebay,
too. Who knows... maybe a college basketball star is selling his custom
leathers for cheap?
