There are sponsors and then there are SPONSORS!

"In addition to MorrisÕ and RossmeyerÕs names, the teamÕs Buell 1125R
will display Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Geico Insurance and Eagle Riders
logos."
.."

Not too shabby for a 1st year bike, I hope it shows well and they stick
around...

Both Higbee and ??Bilansky were a couple of the three main development riders for the 1125R.????For the debut, they are still running a belt final drive on the bike. I ??sure hope it lasts Smile????

Well, the first one that you can actually buy in this country, unlike
the ill-fated VR that was homo'd in Poland..

We'll see..

Those belts are prolly the least of their worries. I'm thinkin' they'd
be pretty happy if one just finishes. That said, a competitive
homegrown bike could really help road racing in this country. I just
hope they don't fall into the "year behind" trap that always plagued
the VR effort and even though Erik has very little in common with
Schiebe there's still that corporate "tractor" mentality at H-D, but
we'll see.. (Heh and fairly soon too!)

Knowing Danny Bilanksy(he's a friend of mine), *HE* wont be "happy"
unless they win Smile
