I know they sell it at Piston Ring out here in Manitoba, not sure if there
are Piston Ring's in Ottawa.

seafoam is a favourite with sailors that have two stroke outboard
motors, they claim it is great to clean all the varnish out of the carb,
these motors are used very little (often less than a tank of fuel a
year), also some people add it each spring to the gas tank, claim it
stops problems from developing

You can get it at Carquest on Cleopatra for (I think) around $15 a can.
