The only ones I've come across are optional extra type things on some(older)
BMWs. There is some bike specific stuff for modern beemers, which one can
admire while waiting for assistance...
That said I have read(somewhere) good reports on these guys, who do, I
believe, ship to UK.

Not for me - but I am considerably taller than yow!

Even with the tall screen, I'm considering a lip.

I faked up some of this:

on the R80RT, using a length of rubber door seal from an old Ford Sierra.
Worked okay-ish.

Now, now; there's no need to get huffy about it.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Mr Nice <saerimner.DeleteThis@gmail.com>
saying something like:

They certainly know how to charge for them. I hope each 'winglet' comes
with anal lube.

MRA or Vario make screens with those "blade" type additions so they probably
supply spares. Use a spare on your own screen. Just a couple of holes need
to be drilled and you're done.

They work surprisingly well too.

This here link is for Honda, but they make them for most other bikes too.
