We all know that riders are more prone to road hazards and conditions. But there's an entirely more disgusting inherent danger to us riders other than road conditions...What are they?
Other drivers...And I'm not talking about drivers that are either not used to driving alongside riders or drivers that don't pay attention while driving...
I'm talking about drivers who purposely target us on the road.
I was riding to work when this particular incident occured. A driver in a "wanna be" sports car...(Mazda 626)...he thinks his car is cool because he drives a Mazda...started to purposely cut me off and practically hit me from the back everytime he stopped behind me.
These are the times when I wish I do carry some kind of weapon with me when I ride. Because riders like us are so vulnerable to turds like him.
One more pointer...and I'm not being prejudiced or racist...so don't even start...but there is a reason why the phrases..."women drivers" and "asian drivers" got started...because they are the two most group of drivers that are the most hazardous to a rider's health...(personal experience).
BTW, I am asian, so I can attest to my statement with absolutely certainty. Most asian drivers are horrible drivers.[/b]
