Post subject: Rider Education not legislation
Archived from groups: alt>motorcycles>abate (more info?)

If the beauracrats and riders ever get serious about stopping the
injuries and fatalitities to the motorcyclists of our nation there will
be a mandatory rider safety education program. Putting ten helmets on
someone who has never been taught to operate a mc in a safe manner
doesn't help.
