Anyone ridden there? How does it compare to Tower City? The drive time is
the same for me (they're neighbors), but my local dealer is doing a group
ride thing there next weekend that I might like to join if my damn
shoulder will cooperate. Is there any decent trail riding at Rausch Creek?

thanks,
Craig

Craig, I think it is Tower City property... For years Rausch Creek was
just MX. If you go to the Trail Riding section on the web page, it
links you to Tower City Trail Riders.

If you go, let me know what you think. Its been quite a few years
since I've been to Tower City. Great place to ride, but membership was
a little pricey since I'd only make it out there a few times a year.

Tim,

From what I understand, they have some trails on their portion of
property, but I'm unclear as to how much. If my shoulder is up to it
I'll probably go check it out.

I enjoy Tower City, but I'm unlikely to go enough to justify a
membership. I don't recall for sure what the daily fee is, but I want
to say it's $30 or $40.

I'm still looking forward to trying Paragon out when the snow melts.
Today's snow was sorta unexpected...

Yea. I'd definitely be up for a day at Rausch Creek. Been a long time
since I looked at Tower City, but it used to be the only way you could
ride by the day was by riding with a yearly member.

Mostly true.

They will let you come and ride without a member once to check the place
out. I drove up alone and did the Sunday group ride last year. I hooked up
with a couple of guys during that group ride that were kind enough to
invite me to ride with them in the future. Do the group ride, it's a nice
~25 mile loop and you'll surely be able to hook up with someone to finish
out the day. I'd offer for you to come along next time I go, but it's not
my membership to invite from...

I just checked, the daily guest fee is $30 according to their website and
the annual membership fee is $200 for an individual.
