Damn ! So there's not only consistency about the way coppers on ausmoto
spell, there's consistency about the way teachers on ausmoto (fail) to
argue.

I believe your example was for language to be used outside Australia. So not
a valid example. Sorry

You may not be aware that English was not my first language as I was not
born in Oz, so am slightly confused as to what you think my 'culture' might
be. I do sometimes have difficulty with English, as she is writ,
particularly when the rules conflict with the rules of my first language. I
suspect you don't have that problem.

Ahh, so that's it. Harleys are easy to work on at home. That'd explain

Well, in Pete's defense, it does appear like those "they" bastards put a
Harley drive belt on the floor and built a whole trike around it.

Harleys solos actually are fairly easy to work on... they are pretty
simple motorbikes.
The problem with petes trike isn't that it isn't easy to work on the
bike, it's just that the trike is in the way of the bike

The difference between an electra-glide ultra classic and a typical ape
hanger custom harley is much greater than the difference between the
look of your average 1%er and your average HOG member.
That doesn't seem inconsistent to me *shrug*.

Really? Older guy perhaps? Multiple Harleys?
OK... but that probably only means he's less likely to be refused when
he's supposed to be refused (which is problem no 2 with this proposed
regulation)

We're all quite lucky, that English has become the world language, and
we're native speakers of English when most of the rest of the world have
to learn it in addition to their own language, and in most cases English
is more difficult to learn that their own language. Why go and make it
more difficult for non-native English speakers by maintaining so many
different versions of English?
