No it just means that it isn't 'primary' discrimination and whilst your

There is one along the banks of a river where the QL rally used to be
held (not sure if it's still held there).
The pub had a bare board floor (not polished) and lots of burnout marks
on the floor from various motorbikes that had been ridden up the steps
and inside (where some then proceeded to do burnouts).
Rather relaxed place that used to be (maybe I should go and check it out
again some time

Well, there was a bit about "may mean non-1%ers are refused entry".
Nev didn't appear to see that bit either time.

There are quite a number of people who still haven't seen - or
understood - that bit either, so Nev is far from being alone on that score. >> Stay informed about: NSW/SYD: banning colours summary so far |

Not at all. I understood exactly what your concerns were, and
discounted them as being immaterial. Your concerns about the
intelligence of pub bouncers is more a reflection on yourself than it
is on them. It appears to be a case of over-estimation on your
part.

That's ok Nev... no one expects you to be correct all the time

It's a reflection on my experiences with them over the past 30 odd years
(I admit there are exceptions, but exceptions won't stop the others from
making mistakes).
