Hey all - please no flames but I thought I'd let you all know out
there that I am currently looking to sell my Motorbike shop in Eltham,
Vic, and I think that the right person has to be out there to make
this shop a roaring success.
The business has been running for 3 years, and doing OK, but someone
with a true passion for motorcycles would do so much better here than
I can.
All the infrastructure and stock is pretty much in place, great staff,
and workshop is all kitted out.
If you have any interest, then send me a quick email to
andrew[*at*]elthammotorcycles.com.au and I can point you in the right
direction, or see http://www.elthammotorcycles.com.au/bussale.html
I have plenty of further information, please let me know if you have
any interest...
Thanks

temptation

I know - I expected as much - well done for being the first though -
only 12 minutes! Do you live here?

Well - probably not - but I can vouch for our suppliers in China - I
have been there myself personally to check for quality. There are 2
ways people make things in China - "cheap" and "cheap_and_nasty". We
do have cheaper products, but in over 3 years, I have never had a
customer who thought our bikes were poor quality. You do get what you
pay for at the end of the day - if you buy a bike for $500 - expect to
get that - a $500 bike...
Thanks for the good wishes Marty - any other flames cheerfully put out
- I am with the CFA as well after all!

Well, if you have a Triumph Street Triple on the showroom floor I could
be easily tempted.

There's likely a factory in China can knock up a copy for you in less

So, I'm confused here - should I be offering him $3.50 and a kick in the
nuts for each bike he has in stock? Should he get a bulk discount? $3.50
for each bike and one kick in the nuts? Do the chinese bikes only get
$1.75, or does he get the full $3.50 but _two_ kicks in the nuts?
What _is_ the appropriate aus.moto offer?

It's futile. You can kick him in the nuts for his Chinese bikes but you
won't feel satisfied afterwards.
