Now McCain is invoking Jeffersonian rhetoric and saying that illegal
immigrants should have the exact same inalienable rights as Real
Americans, but he reassigns the role of the invisible, imaginary
"creator" to anybody foolish enough to vote for him.

http://www.gopusa.com/news/2007/december/1217_immigration1.shtml

McCain, meanwhile, has regained some of the support he lost last
spring when he was pushing a comprehensive immigration bill that
ultimately failed in Congress. He still supports a path to citizenship
for illegal immigrants, but has emphasized recently that securing the
borders must come first.

In Durham, McCain told the skeptical employee at Goss International
that under his bill, illegal immigrants seeking to become citizens
would have had to pay fines and get in line behind those here legally.
But he also offered a broader perspective.

''They are God's children. They are human beings. Many of them come
just because they need a job. And I think many of them, as you know,
are badly exploited and mistreated by these coyotes and others,'' he
said. ''So I think we ought to be sure we look at the humanitarian
side of this issue to try to make sure that all human beings are
endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, whether they
are citizens of this country or not.''

If the GOP ticket has McCain on it a loss in the southwest is a given.
He is
scum.

I e-mailed McCain and told him that he wasn't fit to be president if
he couldn't even understand who Jefferson was referring to, when he
wrote "all men are created equal".

If Jefferson had ever dreamed that somebody like McCain would hook up
with the lkes of Joe Liebermann to give our country away, he would
have said, "To hell with this revolution business," and gone back to
his estate in Virginia.

I was just passing by soc.veterans and pause to note that it does not make
any difference what any candidate says, and it does not make any difference
who is elected. The past and present situation is exactly what will be in
the future. The Republicans want the cheap labor, and the Democrats want
the cheap votes.

"It's fixed. There is too much money involved for it not to be fixed."
Those were the words of my father when he saw the "64,000 Dollar Question,"
for the first time. He died before it was proven that it was indeed fixed,
but, being a bookie, he could observe when something was fixed.

I was in the room when Brent Scowcroft said that you did not have to read
anything or listen to anyone, all you had to do is observe the situation,
and what you observe is the national policy. I even wrote an article. But
no politicized person seems willing to believe that we do not have a
two-party system anymore. They listen to politicians say what they want,
and do not observe that they all are doing the same thing. They say what
they want to say, then they do what they want to do.

The biggest waste of time, that I can think of, is to watch a so-called
Presidential Debate.

But, hey! That's just me. I'm sure the next president will solve the
illegal alien problem.

The "illegal alien problem" is just the latest emotionally laden voter
sucker bait. The war profiteering goes right to the congressional
district level. Who wants to make the choice between military/industrial
jobs in their congressional district, and growing a spine to stop this
fascist administration.

Normally I just say something and then say nothing, but your transition from
the illegal alien problem to the fabled military-industrial complex leads me
to wonder where you have been. As of the end of the cold war there is no
more military-industrial complex. I was there when President Reagan held
the death day news conference canceling all of the SDI and cold war
programs. I worked for Rockwell on the mobile MX, the ASAT, and other
programs. They were all cancelled, putting 600 people out of work, that
day, where I was, and 130,000 people out of work, just in California.
President Reagan bet that the USSR could not match our funding, and they
could not, but what we did not know is that he never intended to actually
fund the programs.

All of the defense businesses had to make the decision as to whether they
would buy up other businesses, or be bought up. Rockwell made the decision
to be bought by Boeing, as did McDonnell Douglas. Lockheed and Martin
merged, swallowing up Northup and Grumman. In short there are only two
airplane makers in the United States, Boeing, and Lockheed.

Okay, I'm tired now, and have to quit. Political posturings have nothing to
do with what is happening in the real world. I have real investments and
have to follow this stuff. All talk of politics detract from what is
actually happening.

Get ready for some very hard times. All of the major financial houses are
technically bankrupt. Whatever administration comes next will have hard
choices to make, but, if history is any guide, they will have little affect
on the steady, and inevitable, declining US economy.

Good night, and good luck.

Well, it has nothing to do with politics.
Since Boeing hasn't made anything other than
fleet riders for Exxon since 1970, The morons
wouldn't and couldn't know the difference
between an airplane and a South Pole mountain.
And Lockheed hasn't made anything other
than coffee cups, since McDonald's invented Quarter Pounders.

About 25 million unemployed US workers could be doing the jobs that
Mexicans are willing to do for low wages. Get rid of the illegals and
let the free market work, and wages paid to American workers would
spin off into the economy instead of being sent to Mexico.

Illegal aliens send $12 billion a year to Mexico, it's their second
biggest source of income, after oil.

Get rid of the Mexicans and we'd have full employment.
