I just got a insurance quote from Geico for $328/year on my Suzuki DL1000,
Progressive was $588/year.
That is $260 difference. What insurance do you use?

State Farm. Consistantly the cheapest for Sportbikes. Progressive on the other hand was the lowest for my Wife's BMW R1200C. Can't get Geico in Michigan. $470 for the RC and $412 for the VFR. I'm using Foremost... It's about $350 for full coverage on a 2001 SV650/S. No rider insurance (I think that was an extra $10 or so, but I don't ride with anyone). Also includes $6 for roadside assistance.
