Yes. Take the carb off, remove the stock green band, and replace it with
the red power band for MX or the yellow one for woods.

I think you should have let this guy find out for himself that the red band
is what works for MX. It took me years of tinkering to figure this out.

Can someone please explain what these color coded power bands are? Are
you referring to the reed valve? Didn't know that there were
variations for specific use, like mx and wood.
Is this the same for a 250 2s?

Sorry, they were just playing the "let's break in the new guy" game.

Is there a specific issue you're having with your bike?

I am having trouble with my cable tv. Seems that the cable is clogged.
Can you go to the warehouse and get me a tv cable cleaner? Thanks a
lot in advance.

If it's digital, you're going to need a bit siphon. Alternatively,
you can just unhook the cable and let the excess drain out overnight.
It takes a while longer though. Don't get one of the cheap chinese
bit siphons though. They tend to fall apart pretty quickly and there
are no replacement parts available.

Heh, I thought that was the case but then I realized that I know less
than I lead to believe. Good one.
No issues here, just hoping for that extra bit of power, like anyone
else.
