| There are still many, many cagers on the Baltimore beltway who do not
understand that their otherwise amusing little game of going slow in the
left lane and then speeding up any time someone pulls out to pass simply
does not work against motorcycles, even in the rain. While I graduated
two new students this evening, I'm sure there are plenty more in need of
schooling.

.... easy. i get around them, slow down to a crawl,
then when they want to move over and get around me,
i speed WAY up

It's more fun when they never see it coming from a Ford Explorer loaded up with
windsurf gear (which looks big but is not heavy). It has a 4.10 diff and, for
its weight and 210 hp, it is amazingly fast off the line up to about 40mph.

The fun part is the look of fear on their faces when they see my Tacoma with
an enclosed trailer full of windsurfing gear blow by and then cut in front
of them. I'm sure the whole time they're wondering about a sticker on the
back that says "Where the hell is Buxton?"
