this was a pseudo-MX[1] style lid for the flat-track day - I doubt
it'll get used more than a couple of times a year.

I'll be replacing my XR-900 soon, and I'm sure I'll spend closer to
£300 on that, as it's my main lid. Speaking of which, does anyone
actually understand Shoei's product range?

I'm up for a new lid soon. I suspect I'll stick with Arai as I seem to
have a Arai-shaped head. I've not found another lid that is as nearly
as comfy.
