I have not been to an Idaho 'fest yet. My wife may be interesed in coming along
with our 5 year old daughter. Do other Spodfestians bring family that is not
riding but enjoy the idea of making a camping trip out of it? I would hate for
her to come along then be left by her lonesome as the rest of us enjoy TST.
Also, she enjoys an occasional "sip" of wine, potential for nekked fire dancing
exists.

There is plenty of fun for even those that do not or cannot (Tami)
ride.

The more, the merrier. I hope to drag my wife along as well ... she has
been known to have similar tendencies.

Yes, This is very much a family gathering. The more the merrier.
Think 20-30 individual camp sites spread out over 40-50 acres with
a main camp gathering spot somewhere in the middle. You can be the
center of the party or hang out at night with your own small group.

What're ya sayin', pal?? That I can't ride? Why I oughta kick your ass
next time we go riding! And another thing,"friend" I just happen to...

....oh...I guess you were talking about the whole broken wrist thing,
huh? Well, ok then...

Dave, I also enjoy an occasional "sip" of wine every now and again. I
brought my spouse along on my first `Fest and I think it might be safe
to say he had almost as much fun as I did. Bring the family along.
There's fun stuff to do, and if Deb, Karen, Tracy, Theresa and/or Sue
are there, too, your wife is sure to have a good time. They will keep
her glass filled. I will be busy partaking in my personal brand of TST
riding (all potential partners need to provide their own rope) during
the day but will help the gals keep the glasses filled upon my return.

Hmmm, make note to self:

Hit liquor store
Chop firewood
Call in to ISF Ride Director, claim I'm too tired to ride that day
Summon these women to a meeting
Convince them it's a long standing ISF tradition to have a nooner
campfire and drinks with the Host.

As long as someone makes me a sandwich, I'm good with all that.

MY note to self, don't let Sue go to any meetings. Her 3 beer minimum is
now 1.

If they're hot, bring 'em. I too will bring more alcohol than gas. Let the

If I show up at all, that may be all I can do. I'll be well stocked
regardless, which of course won't do y'all any good Wink

Fallback plan, I'll send some along with Baxter. Maybe a chocolate
cake too.
