I don't know whether I screwed up my vcr timer, or the program ran late,
but my tape of the Houston SX stopped at lap 19 of the 250 final. Grrrr.
So, how close did Windham get on the final lap? Did Vuillemin ever
challenge LaRocco?
Did Jamie Little keep her clothes on?

Your timer was fine, SX started late due to women's b-ball running into
overtime. Far cry from the days when they would have just started in
progress-at least we got to see the whole thing. FYI, I always set my
timer to run tape for 1/2 hour after it's supposed to be over just in case
they do that.
As far as the race goes, KW never really challenged Reed, but got to within
1.3 seconds of him at the end. DV never challenged Larocco, who made it up
on the podium. KW said in the post race interview that he pushed to hard
coming through the pack and basically ran out of steam so just hung on for
2nd. Hopefully he'll have something for Reed next week.
Cameron and Jamie did a little skit during the LCQ where he pretended to
rip her Fox jersey off. There was supposed to be a roost protector
underneath it, but it failed and her breast was bared. MTV was fined 10
points by Whitlock, but rumor has it that it will be overturned on appeal.
