Just picked up the bike. How can I make it run better? Smog pump removial?
What is the proper jetting set up for it? Pops while slowing down. Can and
are their baffels in the exhaust that can be removed? Thank you, Mr Matt

IMS sells a smog pump removal kit. It won't make it run better, but it
will stop the popping on decell. Stock, the carb is pathetically
lean. I run 55 slow and 158 main jets. Vacuum slide holes drilled
out to 5/32. Snorkel removed from top of airbox, K&N air filter. It
becomes a whole different beast with these mods. The baffle is tack
welded in, on the top and bottom. The welds can be cut, but there is
no advantage to removing the baffle. Just more noise.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
