Post subject: Help Identifying Side Car

I sure would appreciate any help identifying this side car.
(Pic over at abpmh)
knowing the manufacture sure would help.
my brother bought it for his 98 anniversary edition ultra.
it doesn't exact bolt right up.
we are looking for some type diagram so he can at least
build something to attach the side car.

any help would defiantly be appreciated.
