Damn, are they still doing that race!? I haven't been in over
30 years. Good to know it's still going on. Maybe I'll go again if they're
doing real honest-to-goodness moto courses instead of these bullshit
arena-cross tracks that put a crosser's ass in a bogus
altitude-for-the-sake-of-altitude jump.

Great pics, don't woory about that camera it works! I have a Nikon that does
the same crap, it clicks after the rider is by me! It's a bitch and I no
longer user the digital for action shots.

Hangtown looks like a lot of fun.

Tom Stienstra, outdoor writer for the Chronicle, mentioned this event
