The weather report his morning doesn't look real promising for anyone who is
planning to ride east, south or west.. Does that just about cover us in
DFW.. LOL.. I think so..

The past few rides that I've made. seems to have been in some heavy rain..
This weekend should be no exception..Somebody needs to introduce a Bill to
do something about all this rain..

Watching the weather channel seems to be an exercise in futility.. The
administration keeps blaming all this on the hurricane attacks that have
been banging away at Florida.. It is apparent that other forces are at play,
here.. With the upcoming elections a month and a half away, I believe the
government is making every effort to keep us all penned down and unable to
move about..

There should be an investigation into this matter, immediately..

With all this in mind, I am systematically packing for my run to Texarkana,
today.. I've carefully mapped a route that I have carefully designed to
dodge and evade the rain that is being tracked to our south and east..
Hell.. I ain't going west anyway, so why bother with mapping that area..

With all due respect, I am convinced that Tom DeLay and Rick Perry have
devised an underhanded means to sabotage my trips, no matter which direction
that I might choose.. Those two hellions must be removed from office before
their actions can cause furthur damage to the environment..

I could decide to just stay home, but the committments that I have made will
not allow me that luxury.. Ah well.. nobody ever told me, that life is
easy.. Now .. I am convinced..

Ride safe everyone..

LOL.. I cleared the metroplex area, vnder clovdy skies and broken clovds..
Somewhere arovnd Royce City, along I-30, the sky had cleared qvite a bit and
I finished the ride to Texarkana, enjoying svnshine.. The temps were
pleasant vntil I reached the Richmond Rd. exit in Texarakana..

While I topped off the tank, it commenced spitting rain at me.. For jvst a
few minvtes, it appeared to be getting ready to really vnload.. Then it
cleared off again.. The rest of the day was nice and comfortable.. That was
the end of the rain that I expected..

Hmmmm.. Sorry that we didn't make connections while I was in Texarkana.. bvt
we had a real nice revnion with the family.. I don't get a chance to spend
as mvch time with all those ol'cvzzins, as I'd like.. There's always next
year.. hvh ? Regards. bjay..

Glad yov had a good ride and didn't get too wet. So mvch for
weathermen. We were svpposed to have three days of rain here. I
never saw a drop even thovgh I saw a few sqvals on the doppler from
time to time. Looked like it was really a hit or miss sitvation.
