Post subject: The Gong - BBQ for blood donors
Archived from groups: aus>motorcycles (more info?)

The Aust Red Cross Blood Service is offerring to put on a BBQ on 1st
Sat in Feb '08 for donors at the Wollongong Donor Centre.

This will take some committment up front so the bookings can be made in
time to make this fly. We need minimum 40 riders and offers to perhaps
organise arrival in groups say an hour apart so that there isn't a lot
of waiting around. (They can only process a maximum of 50 people on a
Sat morning)

Follow up here or email me (the address in the headers is valid so
reply-to works) if you are interested in donating blood at Wollongong.

Sit about for half an hour or so, then free food. If you are worried
about the needle then just close your eyes and don't watch it going
in, that's what I do!
