Drinks all around.

Pics up next door of the garage/shop I'm closing on at the end of February.

Oh yeah - there's a house attached to it.

Looks like a good sized one. Got plenty of projects to fill it up?

I had a hell of a time getting the real estate agent to understand that
I had to have a garage. After a few drive-bys and refusing to look at
the houses with car ports, she got smart.

Personally, I've been tryin' to talk the Wife into a split level with a
walk-in basement so the bikes can come inside during the winter...

I'd like to have a basement, but I'd want a separate shop for welding.
Keep the fumes outta the house.

We've got a 2 story with a garage and basement (so technically 3 stories,
not sure why they call it a 2 story) that I used to be able to ride my bikes
into through the garage and into a room at the back. That room is now a
playroom for the kids and I have no room to work on my bikes. <grrrrrr> I'm
no closer to getting the wife to move either. It may be time to start
putting bike parts on the kitchen table, although I'm concerned that they'd
end up in the garbage.

I'm scratching my head over it too! My garage is as big as my house and many
times I can not get a car in it! If I decide to get going on some projects
the cars sit outside.
I NEED a bigger garage!

Jood and I bought a place to call our own a few years back. She
accused me of buying my Man Garage and barely thinking about the house
that's attached. I'm not entirely sure she's wrong. But I've already
needed to add a shed, and it would be nice (yeah, nice) to have a
second story on the MG. Or maybe an addition off the SW side. Just so
the motorcycle area and the woodworking area don't clash . . . .

Congrats on the new digs.
