Skoda Roomster 1.9 TDi. Had one as a courtesy car for the Octavia's
first (and only so far) service. Very, well, roomy. Could do with the
140 or even better 170 PD motor though really. Probably too bulky
though.

So a Fabia vRS then.

While I agree that there is an element of false perspective going on,
the Nissan isn't as huge as my mind thought it should be. But living in
the land of supersizes probably does that.

My business is a partnership so there's quite a lot of freedom to do
as we please. We're planning to incorporate in 09 and I'm about to
find[1] out the implications of cars and tax and stuff.

It's all based on the CO2, and hugging trees. In short diesels good,
big petrols bad.

Buy a tractor.

Or something with a 1.9L common-rail turbodiesel, as used in the roomiest,
most pleasant, and most civilised car available for the money.

FOAK: CV's - How much do you put in / cut out.. Bullet pointed lists of skills, or something more readable? This was so easy when I'd not done much, now it's a case of what should I filter out when most of it is still relevant one way or another.
