Ok - What have you done with our Zebee?[1]
The real Zebee doesn't sell bikes - she hoards them, pulls them apart,
rebuilds them...etc and writes to this group telling us all about the
10^2 bikes / parts he has!
Johno
[1] Top bloke though.

I wouldn't want to do much in the way of mud and sand on the Norge
really, tyres a bit wide.
And lots of bodywork to damage, although less on the T model.
Alas the new ones aren't as robust or customisable as the old ones.
Still a few SP1000s and T5s around if you look.

Well.. it was difficult, didn't know how to do this "Sell" thing.
Luckily there was a waiting list for it, so it wasn't too hard....

Just to go 5klsm up a dirt road to a gun club seems a fairly large
waste of bux to sell one perfectly good tourer to dish out more bux on
something that wont do much different. >> Stay informed about: Dual Purpose Bikes - Input Wanted |

Nah I am keeping the Blackbird as well. For the 5 grand I paid it just isn't
worth selling. I figure a 6 bike collection and I'll pretty much have one for
everything I want to do. : )

Addicted is a better word. And not have as loaded after yesterdays stock
market crash. Ouch.

Nah, just Fraser <grin>. Something about having more toys than everyone else
I spoze??? Dunno, I don't suppose I'll ever have more than one bike at a
time. The cost of rego for multiple bikes would be a killer! (unless you're
loaded.... oh, back to Fraser again

Nah I used to blow heaps of money on cars and got nowhere. I figure bikes are
a way cheaper option. Both my bikes and all my gear have set me back less than
$15k so far. So all in all pretty cheap as a hobby. I reckon I am saving $40
a week on fuel easy. Rego is pretty cheap here. And insurance for both bikes
is 1/3 of what my car insurance is. I figure I'll have my Blackbird for tarmac
touring, my VTR for commuting(though looking for something bigger), and a dual
purpose for farm trips and going on places where I know there will be a bit of
dirt. All up I reckon all 3 will cost me under 30k so rather than having a new
car I have a 5 year old car and 3 bikes. : )
