Same old thing!

They state that the ORV people will get screwed but no real ideas on
how to fix it.

This has been my dream bike since it was announced production... I'd
love to wait three seconds for the engine respond after rolling
throttle and do over 40km/l at speeds above 140km/h Smile

I'm pretty sure I saw ond of those diesel critters at an auto auction
several years ago. I believe it was for sale at the time. It did not
run through the auction any of the times I was there, but it sat there
for many weeks. They must have been running it through at the daytime
dealer sale?

I never had a bike capable of over 120km/h, 90km/h is enough for my
needs...

Diesel is cheaper than gasoline here, about a dollar a liter. 800km
with USD20! With my 1 liter compact car (it's a VW Gol, no, not
missing the f, it is not golf, it's smaller), I spend about USD80 to
drive 800km! Not to mention that a *diesel* motorcycle would be
something exquisite, unique! I'd give an arm and a leg to have one,
but since I'd also need the arm and the leg to ride one, I can't pay
this price... Smile

caerful with the small print!
It can do 90mph (e.g. 144km/h) but to get 96mpg you'd have to slow down
to 88km/h with is, umm rather boring. Between those famous 55 mph
and the then top speed of 95 mph the mpg of my Volkswagen naturally
aspirated diesel bus dropped from 28 mph down to a measly 16 mpg.

But still, at these 88km/h you'd get a nice 800 km range from a 20l
tank!
