My sister is keen to spend a day on a trail bike, doing a not-too-hard one
day enduro ride. She hasn't really ridden much, but does know how to ride.

I was wondering if there was anywhere in the Wollongong, Camden, Sydney area
that might offer some sort of service in this department. For example, I
seem to recall there being a group who does quad-bike rides up Newcastle way
along the sand dunes. That's the sort of thing she would like to do, but
preferably on two wheels. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

jOsHuA.

FWIF, HART do (or used to) a one-day dirt riding course at St.Ives.

They also (used to) supply SL230's to folk without bikes.

It is an enjoyable day, under supervision, with _lots_ of riding.

probably OK, friend's wife who's not much taller than your better half
had one, no comments were made about lowering it so it should be OK to
tiptoe.
