So, if you believed in Santa, and he rode a motorcycle, and you let
your inner-moto-kid write your wish list (the one who doesn't have to
be responsible), what would you ask for this season?
I'm writing my monthly column for December and I'd love to include
your wish lists. Please either post them here or send them to me
directly. I will refer to your first name only in the column unless
you say otherwise.

I want a color-matched LED tail light/brake light spoiler for my Chopped
Tour-Pak on the Road Glide. I need to increase my visibility at night. I also
want a hand-held GPS unit that I can clip on the handlebars of any of my bikes,
but I'm not sure which exact make/model to go with. In fact, I'd love to hear
from Reekyites who currently use GPS as to the pros/cons of the unit they've
chosen. I also want a set of Napolean Baren mirrors for my '72 Triumph. I
can't see anything but my elbows in the mirrors that are on there now. I can't
BELIEVE I was stupid enough this past spring to auction off the two Napolean
Baren mirrors that had been gathering dust on a shelf for six years!

Dear Santa, I know I've been a bad boy this year. But could
I please have
1) a set of NOS Headers and exhaust pipes for a 1979 GL1000?
I promise to NOT scrape up this set when riding
hard...honest.
2) If I can't have #1 then could you PLEASE get me a
complete turbo kit for the same bike...stainless steel of
course.
3) I'd REALLY like a set of braided steel brake lines also.
4) I'd really like to do all or Pridmores "Classes" at PIR
Thankyou

An appropriately-sized lip from <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.laminarlip.com/" target="_blank">http://www.laminarlip.com/</a> to fit my custom
shield on my Ninjette.
And if Santa thinks I was extra, extra good this year, maybe just forget
about the lip and park a new V Star Silverado under the tree. I think I
could survive with the 650.

Skip the motorcycles, protective gear and accessories, I want a new,
fully functional spine! If I can ride again I'll ask for motorcycle
stuff next year, OK Santa?<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Dear Santa |

Yes, I do. But the solution that I have at the moment puts a bit too much
turbulence right on my face shield so when I'm on the freeway, my head
bounces around like a freakin' bobblehead:
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://scsquared.net/bios/john/images/GIVI1.jpg" target="_blank">http://scsquared.net/bios/john/images/GIVI1.jpg</a>
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://scsquared.net/bios/john/images/GIVI2.jpg" target="_blank">http://scsquared.net/bios/john/images/GIVI2.jpg</a>
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://scsquared.net/images/Misc_016.jpg" target="_blank">http://scsquared.net/images/Misc_016.jpg</a>
And, no, I don't give a rat's ass what anyone thinks of my bike.
